We have a variety of shipping options from ground service to next day air. Choose your shipping according to how soon you special day is. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. US Domestic only.

We understand that your special day is important so most orders are shipped within one business day. Please be aware that delivery dates do not include weekends or holidays. To ensure we offer the best service possible, please include your ceremony date in the order comments section during your checkout process.
Return Policy:
Please note that PRODUCTS ARE NOT-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE IF THE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, OR THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN.
NO RESOCKING FEE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
Returns Must Be Made Within 7 Days (Tags intact & Item Unworn)
Size Exchanges Must Be Made Within 48 Hours.
We do our best to show accurate pictures of our items. Please consult the size chart for size needed. If a size exchange is necessary, you will need to cover all return freight charges and new shipping charges. Please check the garment carefully and make sure the garment fits before removing any tags or labels.
Money Back Guarantee On All Items: No Resocking Fee! We will refund the entire cost of the items purchased, but we cannot refund the original shipping charges. Since we have already spent the money to ship the items, the shipping charges are the responsiblity of the buyer.
All Returns Require A Return Authorization Number (RA#) but we do not require a resocking fee such as other Christening Gown sites charge. Return freight is the responsibility of the costumer. If a return is required due to an error on our part we will pay for return & replacement shipping.
Exchanges: Exchanges can only be made for size differences when necessary within the same style. Any size exchange must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of goods AND is subject to additional freight charges. Please remember a Return Authorization Number is needed.
